By using reactiontest.xyz you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site.
1. What you get
Reaction Test is provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial use. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time without notice.
2. Accuracy of results
Timings depend on your screen refresh rate, input device, browser and background activity, and carry a margin of error we cannot control. Results are indicative only. Nothing on this site is medical, psychological, occupational or safety advice, and results must not be used to assess fitness to drive, work or operate machinery.
3. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the service, scrape it at volume, introduce malicious code, or reproduce the site in whole or substantial part as your own product. Automating the test to manufacture a score is not prohibited, but you are only fooling yourself.
4. Your records
Records live in your browser, not on our servers. We cannot recover them if you clear your browser data, switch device or use private browsing. Export anything you want to keep.
5. Sharing
You may share your own scores and score cards anywhere, including commercially. You are responsible for what you post and for following the rules of the network you post it on. Do not present an edited or fabricated score as a genuine result from this site.
6. Intellectual property
The name, logo, wording and design of this site belong to its operators. The measurements you produce belong to you.
7. Liability
The site is supplied “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of, or inability to use, this site. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If any clause is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force.
